The presentations are indeed quite old. I don't know what kind of presentation
you are lookingt for. But I made one presentation in dutch some time ago
(3.0.* series) using info from the announcement. Those announcements are
written in a good marketing-lingo.

Also if you look around this list you can find that there are some Knoppix-KDE
democd's and that there are also some work done for recording some
kde-sessions. (Tim Jansen)
If you need gear like poloshirts or even regular shirts you should watch this
list, but you can also buy some nice KDE-gear online.
