Okay I want to rephrase that ... 

I read in the message below that it is possible to relocate www.kde-look.org 
with the help from sysadmin@kde.org. Then we could possibly host our contest 
a the relocated kde-look.org where the high traffic was an issue.

But ... should *I* contact sysadmin@kde.org now? Should I not contact 
kde-look.org first before doing anything here?
