It's a balance you have to find. I think the balance on dot.kde.org is ok \
at  the moment. It also depends on the kind of commuinty that you want to \
foster,  do you want to be more all inclusive, or do you want to be more \
like a closed  community? It's just as with mailinglists where you can let \
eveyone post or  members-only. See the difference between kde-devel and \
kde-core-devel.
