It's a balance you have to find. I think the balance on dot.kde.org is ok=
 at=20
the moment. It also depends on the kind of commuinty that you want to fos=
ter,=20
do you want to be more all inclusive, or do you want to be more like a cl=
osed=20
community? It's just as with mailinglists where you can let eveyone post =
or=20
members-only. See the difference between kde-devel and kde-core-devel.
