No, the guy explicitely say that he couldn't work with KDE and is turning to
Gnome (as far as my german can tell).

The babelfish translation with slight editing:

KDE wanted to co-operate in no case, it was not justified, it was
aggressively rejected from the first E-Mail . It was called later on the
part of some co-ordinators of KDE, with KDE pursues everyone its favourite
toy and none wants something else to make. It came on the part of KDE too
much unpleasant incidents. We asked here in California and experienced: we
are not with our experiences alone there, other companies knew KDE already
in this way. In the meantime we engage ourselves - also to substantial
extent financially - with gnomes, probably knowing that still on the way
are. However we are content with co-operation with gnomes - we like also
their freakige, querdenkerische, fastidious art. I believe us, those like
also.

It looks like a troll, but it also looks serious...

As a bad news never happens alone, the european commission is planning to
explicitely accept software patents. There is no english press release yet
on eurolinux, but the french one
(http://petition.eurolinux.org/pr/fr/pr17.html) explains that european
governments have received a microsoft word document from the european
commission that grants software patents. The document has been written by
the "director of public policy" of the BSA.

	really a bad day.

	Philippe
