Subject:    calendar conduit does nothing

I'm using the rpm installation of kde 2.1 including KPilot 4.0b2.  I can't 
get the KOrganizer Calendar Conduit to do anything.

I moved te conduit to active and I selected my calendar file.  Is there 
something I have forgotten?
