I fixed kabbrowser and worked around the problem in KOrganizer. kdepim
should now compile without problems.

I don't know enough about abbrowser to tell how it was supposed to work.
For now I just replaced the getOpenFileName by a getOpenURL call.

In KOrganizer I avoided the problem by reverting to QFileDialog. That's
clearly no solution. KOrganizer should be able to load and save
calendars over the network. If somebody feels like implementing this,
please have a go, with the new KIO classes this should be fun.
