Folks,

I've managed to get a test app, linked to libkab2, to store records in a kab2
addressbook on a remote server. This is a major step forward. I've added the
test code in pim/kab2/test.

I've also added a README in each subdir of pim/kab2 and updated the
documentation somewhat.

You need doxygen to create the source docs I'm afraid as kdoc doesn't (yet)
support namespaces. You can kludge it with kdoc by editing (from HEAD)
kdoc/kdoc and adding 'namespace' to line 424 (where it says
'\s*(class|struct|union)'.

Doing 'make doc' or 'make dox' in pim/kab2/lib will do the necessaries. Docs
will end up in pim/kab2/doc/srcdo[cx].

Cheers,
Rik
