So all the moves, deletes, merges, splits etc as documented at
https://community.kde.org/Frameworks/Epics/kdepimlibs (or noted as
needing to be documented) have been done? Moving stuff around post
split is a pain, as we found in the main frameworks effort.

Well, that's fair enough, but you might have more luck tempting me
with chocolate :-)

I'm slightly surprised people have found it so hard to port, it's
fairly mechanical process yes but I didn't think the concepts had
changed that much.  Maybe I'm just too close to the new code to see it
> -) I'll try to have a look over the next couple of weeks to at least
give some guidance on what needs doing, even if I don't find time to
code it. It would also allow me to see if anything needs adding in Qt
to make life easier.

I'll also try push my KHolidays changes in the next couple of days so
they're ready to go, be sure to give the list a couple of days warning
before any split happens.
