I had a similar issue with another resource a couple days ago (after a power
outage to be more precise). I could identify the matching .dat file in
$XDG_CONFIG_HOME/akonadi to be the cause.
Renaming the file and starting the server solved the issue and the issue was
back after restoring the corrupted file. See https://bugs.kde.org/298257

Please try this:
- akonadictl stop and wait until all the processes are stopped
- rename ~/.config/akonadi/agent_config_akonadi_imap_resource_13_changes.dat
- akonadictl start

After testing with a couple bugs reporters [1], this trick seems to give
positive results

Christophe
