Hmm. In KMail1 the special folders were implicitly defined by the 
folders specified in the IMAP account settings (Trash folder) and by the 
folders specified for the identities (Sent-mail, Drafts and Templates 
folder). The inbox folder was recognized automatically for IMAP 
accounts.
