In KMail1 the special folders were implicitly defined by the=20 folders specified in the IMAP account settings (Trash folder) and by the=20 folders specified for the identities (Sent-mail, Drafts and Templates=20 folder). The inbox folder was recognized automatically for IMAP=20 accounts.
