That metabug was created yesterday and still needs to be populated (
There's some serious issue with pop3 right now, for example ) and
reviewed.

One of the reasons most developers aren't helping is because no one
knows what needs to be done.
The metabug Stephen suggested, will help us work on a goal orientated
manner, and release 4.6 ASAP.

Meanwhile, can we have a new beta release so users stop reporting
already fixed stuff?
