I already migrated to KDEPIM 4.6 before (about 3-4 month ago)

So my mails were already in a ./local/share/akonadi folder and no longer
at ~/.kde/share/apps/kmail/mail.

(I was hoping there's an easy way to transfer the akonadi-folder)

What I did was I made a "fake" maildir with all my mails from the akonadi
file_db_data subfolder and set up an maildir resource in akonadi, so I had my
mails back, but all the categorizing and mailfolders were gone.

btw.. I'm using KDEPIM 4.6 beta 4 right now, which is a lot more stable than before,
but still it's _very_ laggy. Don't know if this due to my $home being on an nfs-share
or simply because I have so many mails. Switching from "sent-mail" to "inbox" takes
about half a minute before the mail listview gets updated.

(If I can be of any help to optimize KDEPIM please let me know)

regards,
   Thomas
