I've done most of this now. It no longer uses our forked menu code in most 
places. I have tightened up the organization somewhat as well. Please inform 
of any broken links or weirdness -- or better yet, fix it (since everyone in 
the "PIM team" has commit privileges on the site).

Danimo is working on fixing some of the issues with d.k.o along with Dominik 
Haumann. It needs better navigation, sure, but a lot of stuff from PIM 
could - should - be in there.

Er .. developer community from applications, you mean? But we did that ages 
ago -- there should be no "about the apps" stuff left (surfable) on 
pim.kde.org. We have kontact.kde.org for that.

I'll take it to kdepim-users. Basically, with the developer base as small as 
it is now we can't really afford to put time into the websites, but we can't 
afford to have broken and stupid sites either (not that kontact.k.o is 
either, but it's also phenomenally non-helpful).
