Hi.

Problem: events are shown as if they where in GMT.

Environment:

FreeBSD 6.1 + KDE 3.5 from packages.

System timezone is Buenos Aires (GMT-3)
# date
Mon May 29 11:16:28 ART 2006

korganizerrc:
[...]
Time Zone=+0000
TimeZoneId=America/Argentina/Buenos_Aires
[...]

If I add an event at 11AM, the .ics shows:
DTSTART:20060529T110000Z
DTEND:20060529T120000Z

It should say 14000Z as start time.

The same .ics works OK on KDE 3.4.

Any suggestion? Should I file a bug report?
