Greetings,

I used to be able to synchronize my iPAQ (running opie) with kontact,
but since upgrading to KDE 3.5.2, I can no longer synchronize with my
PDA. When I open the Synchronization window of Kontact, I don't have any
connectors listed, even though they were fine before. When I go to the
Preferences->Select Components, Synchronization is listed as a
"MultiSynk" plugin. When I run MultiSynk from either the KDE menu or the
command line, it starts fine, but doesn't list any connectors either.
When I do a File->New, MultiSynk crashes with the following error:

multisynk: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libsyncekonnector.so: undefined
symbol: _ZN4KCal13CalendarLocalC1Ev

I noticed in the documentation, that KDE is moving toward the OpenSync /
KitchenSync setup. Is this what the problem is? KDEPIM no longer works
with MultiSynk? If so, how can I convince Kontact to not use MultiSynk
plugin for syncrhonization?

Help!

John
