Sure. That's why we have the milestone releases before Q3 ;-)

One thing I had added to the roadmap was the "akonadi Demo Application"
released with Milestone 1 in May. I think of this as a simple app
demonstrating how to use Akonadi. This shouldn't have any KDE 4 dependencies,
so that it only needs Akonadi and can easily be released with it. Maybe this
app could be used as a first real world test before we have started to port,
redesign the KDE PIM apps for Akonadi.
What could this Akonadi demo app be? Maybe a simple addressbook, a simple
calendar app, or a combination of both. Or a simple mail reader for reading
mailing lists, or a mail notification utility, or whatever. Any more ideas?
