That's fine. That is as it should be.

Now you're asking pilot-link questions :) Any way, the point is 
that /dev/pilot must exist when you run dlpsh, so hit the HotSync button 
_first_ so that the link /dev/pilot is created, *then* run dlpsh. Timing is 
everything -- usually, type the command first but don't hit enter, hit 
HotSync, count three, then hit enter.
