To find it out, you can rename your $KDEHOME/share/apps/kmail/kmmainwin.rc to 
get it re-created in a clean fashion. Changes in the toolbar get lost this 
way, you'll be back to the default for a new install - but at least you get 
rid of this toolbar problem shown in the backtrace.
