Just say "to-do".  Not "to-do task"

Events, To-dos, and Journals are specific types of Incidences.
A calendar file stores Incidences.  But, if you are looking at a calendar view in \
Korg, then you are looking at Events. So it depends on the context whether you say \
Incidences or Events.  Appointments are special types of Events. For example, a \
Birthday Event in your Calendar is not an Appointment.
