I want to be able to add an event to KOrganizer's calendar from KAlarm, using
a DCOP call. (This is in response to a wishlist bug report from a user.)
There used to be (in KDE 3.3, I think) a DCOP method eventRequest(), but this
has now been removed. This took as a parameter the iCal string representing a
calendar containing the event to add. Are there any objections to my
reinstating a similar DCOP method - probably to be named addIncidence()? If
that's agreeable, any quick tips on the best way to do it would be
appreciated. I would of course submit the changes as a patch for approval
first.

Cheers,
David.
KAlarm author.
