No, I mean that you do Settings->Configure KMail->Accounts->Modify (an 
existing IMAP account). Doubleclick on one of the namespace entries (gosh, a 
place in KDE that forces doubleclick on users), replace the text that is 
there with, say "Moose" by typing the five letters M, o, o, s and e. Now 
click the OK button in the dialog.

What do you expect?

Me, I expect the setting is saved. It's not, though. You have to hit enter 
while editing the namespace entry, and this enter saves the changed namespace 
entry. Then you can click OK in the dialog and the changed entry is saved. Or 
hit enter again, since that's the "click default button" key, which is 
normally suppressed only when in multi-line text edits (which are 
recognizable as such, usually).

My point here is that the way the namespace editing widget works is rather 
different from most of the widgets one otherwise encounters in KDE.
