They work beautifully at me. I tested korganizer, karm and knotes, just to get 
a rough overview. Next major thing will be if I can help the kde-cygwin-team 
to port kde 3.4.

No. Just get a screenshot of kde and paint a windows-window around it ;-)
In this case, you have a kde compiled and running on the 
posix-compatibility-layer (cygwin) of Windows.

I used qt 3.2, given from kde-cygwin. Linking against the commercial qt for 
windows ? Just follow this project:

Here you need screenshots, because you have no KDE, but some recompiled 
kdelibs.
