OK, then Toggle Alarm should be disabled if the incidence does not have a reminder set.
Else Toggle Alarm should remove the reminder from the incidence

So a reminder editor needs to popup (and be written).
Until a reminder editor exists we should disable Toggle Alarm in this case.

Maybe we can think about this more in a future KOrg.
As has been pointed out earlier in this thread, reminders/alarms can be much
more complex than we are currently allowing for.  I think we probably need a
separate reminder/alarm editor dialog.  And some libkcal tweaks.
