KArm uses CalendarResources and ResourceLocal.  We just don't use the 
control center module.

It has something to do with starting a KDE session after boot-up when the 
session manager automatically start's KArm.  Sometimes it works, sometimes 
it doesn't.  Probably a bug in KArm.
