I downloaded the latest CVS code yesterday and compiled KDEPim. What I find is
that whenever I start KMail on it's own it crashes as soon as I start typing
the recipient address with the following errors:
kabc: StdAddressBook::StdAddressBook( bool )
kresources: Opening resource resource-name
kresources: ManagerImpl::writeConfig()
kresources: Saving resource KDRunmqTTV
kresources: Resource::writeConfig()
kresources: Saving general info
kresources: ManagerImpl::save() finished
kabc: AddressBook::asyncLoad()
kabc: No distlists for 'KDRunmqTTV'
QObject::connect: No such slot KMLineEdit::loadContacts()
QObject::connect: (sender name: 'unnamed')
QObject::connect: (receiver name: 'unnamed')
*** KMail got signal 11 (Crashing)
kmail: KMAIL_DEBUG_COMPOSER_CRYPTO = FALSE
kmail: KMMessage::normalizeAddressesAndEncodeIDNs( "Arild Bergh
<ab@abergh.com>" )
kmail: normalizedAddressList: "Arild Bergh <ab@abergh.com>"
kmail: KMMessage::normalizeAddressesAndEncodeIDNs( "ab@abergh.com" )
kmail: normalizedAddressList: "ab@abergh.com"
kmail: KMMessage::setDrafts .2111654663.directory/.INBOX.directory/Drafts
empty
However, when I start Kontact and run Kmail from within it, it works like a
charm.

All the best,
Arild
