Good, then I like the following. Comments?

Request format:
You have been invited to a meeting.
  Where: conference room
Start Time: 10:00am Monday March 22
End Time: 11:30 am Monday March 22
  Duration: 1.5 hours

Reply format:
Sender accepts/tentatively accepts/declines the meeting invitation.
  Where: conference room
Start Time: 10:00am Monday March 22
End Time: 11:30 am Monday March 22
  Duration: 1.5 hours

I'd be happy to make the patch if we can agree on the formats.

Regards,
Allen
