Hi!

I assembled some patches as I added some features to the LDAP ioslave and the 
ldapkio resource.

ChangeLog:

New features:
- Added offline mode to the ldapkio resource
- Added SASL Realm and proxy authentication support (it would be good if 
someone could actually test it)
- Converted ldapclient and ldifconverter to use the new LDIF and LDAPUrl 
classes

Bugfixes:
- Handle KIO::ERR_USER_CANCELED error
- Base64 encode the Distinguished Name in LDIF::assembleLine() in fewer 
situations
- Implemented the synchronous load() in the ldapkio resource, so it works in 
KMail
- Handle unspecified attributes in saving in the ldapkio resource
- Added a nice(?) KProgressDialog to LdapConfigWidget instead of the 
qt_enter_modal() and qt_leave_modal() hacks.
