Karm now stores tasks as todos and the history of start/stop events as events.

I'll have to check the CVS history to see when the ability to save to ics 
(with tasks == events) was added.  If it was in 3.1, then migration code is 
definately missing and I'll add another import selection on the file menu.

If it does not appear in the 3_1_BRANCH, I assume I don't have to supply an 
import function.  Is that correct?
