I have changed the KOrganizer configuration dialog to be build from KCModules 
instead of a single class and use KCMultiDialog to display it. The purpose of 
this change is to be able to better integrate plugin configuration dialogs 
and to beable to integrate the KOrganizer configuration in the Kontact 
configuration dialog.

It would be great if somebody could give the new dialog a try and test if all 
options still work as expected.
