It corresponds with the timezone configured with KOrg 3.1.1: Changing the 
settings affects KOrg CVS-HEAD. But the strange things is the following:
	I have recurring appointments on tuesdays at 05:30 pm and on wednesdays at 
05:30 pm. They show up correctly in KOrg 3.1.1. When opening the same 
calendar file with CVS version, the tuesday appointment is shown at 03:30 pm, 
the appointment on wednesday at 04:30 pm.

Both appointments have been added to calendar file with Korg 3.1.1.

What's wrong?
