Hi,

a while ago I committed the stuff for international address formatting. The 
state right now is the following:
- localised address formats can be seen in the addressee editor dialog in the 
ring binder printing style. They can not yet be seen in the details view, I 
will sit down to look into this hopefully soon (I fear a performance impact, 
will see).
- formatting information is in the CVS in the desktop-Files for Germany, USA, 
Japan and Hungary.

The problem is that I don't want to encode other address formats before the 
format is stable, and I'll want to post for help on some mailing lists so the 
documentation will have to be clear. I don't know if anybody has taken a 
closer look at this code. I'd really be happy if people would test it and 
report problems and especially take a look at 
kdelibs/kabc/README.AddressFormat. If you get the impression that this format 
is still inferior somehow and needs changing, I'd really like to know; and if 
you think the document is unclear, tell me also.
