True, but there might be entries without a first and a family name. These end 
up without any name and so the user probably won't find the correct entry for 
a company. That was my point.

Because a company does not have a first name or a family name, so using the 
name field doesn't make sense to me. That's what the company field is for.

BTW, these entries come from my palm, where you really have to enter the first 
and the family name separately, and of course also the company. It is only 
naturally, to not enter any first and family name, but instead the company if 
you add a shop or a restaurant to your addressbook.
