Unfortunately, or strangely, the generated .c files are distributed correctly. 
Re-creating them with Bison causes problems. Recreating them with anything 
gums up the works. Since vcc.h is generated from vcc.y, the real solution is 
to fix that file. I can't recall enough yacc to do so. Or add the include and 
typedef everywhere where vcc.h is included.
