The agenda view (day/week view) class KOAgendaView uses to KOAgenda 
objects to display the view, one for the all day events at the top and 
one for the events with times at the bottom. The mAllDayMode flag is 
set to the mode of the KOAgenda object. The difference is that in the 
all day mode only one row exists and a single KOAgendaViewItem can span 
several columns.
