I had the same problem (well, at least the conduit works ;-), and I had 
to edit all memos on the palm, then they were correctly synced. I didnt' 
have a look at the code, but do you just sync all modified records? If 
so, this creates problems if you sync the palm to two PCs, since all 
records are marked unchanged after the sync.
