IIRC, Reinhold removed the ToDo conduit in 3.0.1 because he wanted to get the 
calendar conduit working properly _first_. Then the todo conduit can be done 
(the two are very similar architecturally and from a code point of view). 
It's a long and slow process -- it's hard to write conduits against a moving 
target.
