Hi:
	Using KDE's korganizer under FreeBSD 4.6 I get Marcus Bains
line 3 hours ahead (I'm in GMT-3). Machine is properly configured and
date, KDE's clock, etc. all show the proper time. Also, kalarm,
events fire 3 hours in advance.

	I checked Korganizer's config and it is properly set in
America/Buenos Aires.

	Date&Time configuration also shows the clock 3 hours ahead.

	Any ideas?
