Unless this function gets smart enough to handle the combinations, it will 
not be too useful in kaddressbook. I would also recommend that we make it 
static and have the type as a parameter. Currently the phone combos in the 
edit dialog get populated without a PhoneNumber object, since the user may 
not have a phone number defined for each type.
