REVISION SUMMARY
  Based on the work of \

introduces a GlxContextAttributeBuilder to make the requesting of context  attributes \
cleaner, more verbose and less error prone copy and paste.

TEST PLAN
  Switched between Core and legacy and verified the output;
  extended auto test
