* --type wallpaper works for both wallpaper plugin and wallpaper image packages.
* install / upgrade reverted to original

* install wallpaper plasma packages
* auto detect (plasmoids,) dataengines, runners and wallpapers (install them without --type)
* Remove previous package also with --install
