Is this about UI design or theme design? Or both?

If it is about UI, just wanted to remind you of PUCK (Plasma UI Compiler) that 
I've developed for L. At the moment, it supports
 - all Lancelot's widgets and layouts (for obvious reasons :) ) and generic 
QGraphicsLayout, QGraphicsLayoutItem and QGraphicsWidget
 - has needed CMake files for finding the puck compiler and for including ui 
files into the build PLASMAUI_ADD_UI_FILES
 - has a class parser which automatically creates modules for PUCK out of .h 
files (for supporting custom Plasma widgets) - current modules (for all L's 
widgets) are created using the generator.
 - atm generates only C++ code. But it would be very fancy to support other 
languages as well.
