here is an update of the patch who try to *begin* to deal with QGraphicsWidget

the idea is to provide function like this :

void PopupApplet::setExclusivePopupWidget(QWidget *widget)
void PopupApplet::setExclusivePopupGraphicsWidget(QGraphicsWidget *widget)

so we can use one of them at our convenience.

This is only a draft and for the moment dont work well with calculator.
I have to know if it is interesting to continue on work on this.

Perhaps we have to provide a graphicsDialog in Plasma to deal more easily with the \
popup stuff with GraphicsWidget ?!
