Well, what you can do is setup filter rules or scoring rules for your
individual preferences with something like procmail or gnus (or maybe the
just-being-discussed kmail scoring). If you don't mind the bit of extra
traffic that is created by sending you a few more mails this is much more
flexible than filtering before sending anyway.
