Hi

As I am not the root I have installed kde3.3 in user area. Everything works
flawlessly.

Distro: SuSE 8.2

$ uname -a
Linux crystal   2.4.18-64GB-SMP #1 SMP Wed Mar 27 13:58:12 UTC 2002 i686
unknown
I use alsa9 for sound. Anymore info I will provide.

Many thanks
