Hi there,

I compiled the example apps in /kdelins/arts/examples for testing the 
playtofile program. I need a function to convert any audio formats to wav,
like mp3, ogg etc. ! I think, the playtofile example will do that.
But, if I execute playtofile, then:

Does playtofile have to be installed ?
