Good question. Ogg files may in the future contain video, so audio/x-ogg
doesn't seem right. I would go for application/x-ogg.

It's not really possible to trivially detect whether an Ogg stream
contains only audio. You can make a good guess, though, so perhaps
audio/x-vorbis is called for.
