Did you create an Arts::Dispatcher instance, either using

	KArtsDispatcher dispatcher;

or

	Arts::Dispatcher dispatcher;

it's the first thing you should do (like Q/KApplication for Qt), and I could
imagine that your segfault happens due to that.
