I've ranted before about it being rather difficult to distribute third party
binaries based on kde-windows, but it is possible, and yes, we do that for
RKWard. So here's one party.
I don't want to stand in the way of such a change, though. Even less, if
rkward gets included in the regular builds / the installer (an emerge script
already exists).
